I Cavallini is a new Italian restaurant in Williamsburg, Brooklyn from the team behind the Michelin-starred Four Horsemen. Opened in Summer 2025, it focuses on seasonal “Italian-ish” cooking with a heavy emphasis on homemade pastas and bold flavors.
