To make dough
1 package yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Mix and let sit 5–10 mins until foamy
3½ cups flour
⅓ cup milk
2 tbsp oil
Add yeast mixture & rest of ingredientsMix and knead into a soft dough (add flour as needed)
Knead on a floured surface
Cut dough in half
Oil a bowl/pan, place dough, cover
Let rise until doubled (~1 hour or so depending on the yeast )
Place a mesh/wire rack pan in oven
Preheat to 500°F (highest setting)

Marinara sauce
Tomato sauce
Sugar
Salt
Parmesan
Herbs
Chili flakes
Mix to taste

Grate cheese (leave some chunks for texture)
Prep toppings (Halal pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers, olives, onions, chickens , jalapeño etc.)
Sprinkle cornmeal on counter top Stretch dough into a circle
Take hot pan out
Add dough
Add sauce, cheese, toppings
Bake 8–10 mins at 500°F
