I don't wrap ANYTHING in plastic wrap. Nope. Everything that's cooked goes into the glass pyrex containers. They go from freezer to oven just take off the plastic lid.
I made my cheats lasagne last night and did EXACTLY the same thing. Ripped the top off and ate it. Its truly the best bit imo. I also put a layer of pasta as the top and then a thin layer of sauce and lots of cheese on it. Some of the pasta bits poking up get crunchy in the oven (not raw crunchy – cooked crunchy). So good.
Not only is she a great chef, but such a beautiful lady, too! I appreciate her down-to-earth manner and she isn't snobby about cooking like so many "chefs", which I HATE! lol
