Culinary Masterclass: Italian SPAGHETTI alla Nerano
When you’ve got a couple of courgettes to use up and you ate so much meat the day before, sometimes you crave the simplest dishes. Caramelised courgettes, garlic oil, cheese and spaghetti. Simple. Delicious.
Pro tip: this is not a fast dish, it takes at least 30 minutes to cook the courgettes down on a low heat until golden brown. Oh and keep the pasta water.

– Salt (to taste)
– Pepper (to taste)
– 4 Garlic
– 300ml of Olive Oil

– Knob of Butter
