Layers:Drizzle your favorite high-quality oil on the bottom of a plate. Add lime juice, salt, dill weed, lemon zest, and black pepper. Layer your tomato slices on top, then repeat the process until all the tomatoes are beautifully stacked.

Topping:Garlic, oil, lemon juice, salt, black olives, vegan feta, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Mix until well combined (keeping some texture), then spoon it generously over the tomatoes.

Simple, fresh, and packed with flavor.
