WHAT ARE WE COOKING TOMORROW?
One of the best versions of pineapple pizza is with no tomato sauce, Gorgonzola cheese and a small drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Also use a small amount of pineapples, just a few pieces. I had it at fancy restaurant and it was well balanced with a sophisticated taste. You have to like Gorgonzola cheese to appreciate it
Quang, try this recipe for KFC. I guarantee this is the closest you’ll ever get to the recipe. I don’t know the measurements for the ingredients but this is the closest you’ll get without having the secret recipe.
KFC Recipe
Herbs & Spices –
MSG
Cayenne
Ground Cloves
Garlic Powder
Sage
Savory
Onion Powder
Paprika
Salt
Tellicherry Black Pepper
Dip chicken in water
Dry ingredients –
Flour
Powdered Eggs
Powdered Milk
Add herbs & spices and mix well. Dip chicken in water then into the dry ingredients. Then deep fry. KFC uses a pressurized deep fryer so you won’t get it exactly the same without one.
Note: KFC also brines their chicken. They use a mixture of soybean and canola oil to cook their chicken in.

I thought you understood about food obviously not to put pineapple on pizza it's not an Italian thing if you ordered that in Italy they would spit at your face how can you call it an Italian pizza you need to put pineapple into pho it will go bette or bánh mì 😅
If you want elite homemade pizza get a pizza steel. You put it in the oven, preheat the oven and then slide the pizza on the pizza steel. It’s a game changer. It’s def a little tricky but so worth it in my opinion. A pizza peel helps a lot. Great video as always!

If it's fast food/chain pizza then yes Pineapple 🍍 works on Pizza but if it's a legit mom & pop pizza place then it's a big HELL NO 😅
