One Bowl High Protein Pizza Bake
Just mix, bake and somehow it works 😅
Macros (per serve)
481 calories
50g protein
71g carbs
9g fat
Ingredients
• 150g high protein Greek yogurt
• 60g flour (I used gluten free)
• 40g pizza sauce
• 40g light mozzarella
• 50g ham
• 40g mushrooms
• Garlic powder to taste
• Salt to taste
Bake at 180°C for 30–40 mins
(depending how crispy you want the top)
This is one of those meals you throw together, then end up making again the next day 😂

I made two of these yesterday. I ate one and saved one for dinner tonight. I don’t know where I got the dough recipe but it’s one of my favorites!
Mushrooms are icky. But great idea 💡 😊
