  5. what's the difference between the shredded and sliced mozzarella? i imagine the sliced is a whole milk log, but idk if using one over the other – or both – makes a big difference.

  9. Not enough flour on the board. Bring in a Manitou with a bucket attachment and dump a megaton on your cutting board – that should do it.
