All restaurants have a one star review somewhere in their review history. Pizza Loca has a 3.7 average at its worst location. Maybe you should just find the lowest average rated restaurants and visit them. Otherwise this feels misleading.

I think I went there when I was in LA staying with my daughter. We did get pizza 🍕 and it wasn’t the best or worst, just average.
