My wife and I Have moved to a small town in Basilicata Region called Montemilone in Potenza Province in June 2024. We are enjoying the slow and the quality of the life that a town of 1000 Inhabitants can offer. The goal is to give you the idea and the opportunity to understand the budget you might need if you are interested to buy a property in Italy. I generally cover all Italy but mainly I focus on properties for sale in Abruzzo, Molise and Apulia Region.
