Ingredients ❤️:
Wheat flour (atta)
Salt
Water
Oil or ghee
Maggi masala (tastemaker)
Mozzarella cheese
Pizza & pasta sauce
Onion (chopped)
Tomato
Mushroom (sliced)
Paneer (cubes)
Chilli flakes
Oregano
Steps 👩🍳:
1. In a bowl, mix wheat flour, salt and water to make a soft dough, add a little oil and rest it for 10–15 minutes.
2. Take a dough ball and roll it into a chapati shape. Spread Maggi masala with a little vegetable oil, add mozzarella cheese, then cover with another chapati-shaped dough and seal the edges properly.
3. Cook the paratha on a tawa with oil/ghee until both sides turn golden and crispy.
4. Spread pizza & pasta sauce evenly on top of the cooked paratha.
5. Add mozzarella cheese,onion, tomato, sautéed mushrooms and paneer.
6. Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano for extra flavour.
7. Cover and cook on low flame until the cheese melts and becomes perfectly stretchy.
8. Slice and serve hot, enjoy your cheesy farmhouse pizza paratha 😍
