I’m convinced the newly launched 6-inch mini pizzas at Brik Oven were designed specifically for people like me who want to try everything on the menu.
If you’re coming in with a big group, it’s even better. You can basically turn the table into a DIY pizza tasting situation.
My favourites were the Shrooms w/ Prosciutto, the Ultra Marine, and the Anna. It’s the perfect way to explore the menu without that "I should have ordered what they got" regret.
