No cream. No maida. Just simple ingredients and lots of hidden veggies.

The best part? He didn’t even realise it.
He just ate it happily 🤍

If you have a picky eater at home, you need to try this.

  1. Pasta recipe:
    1. Boil the pasta and keep aside. (I used green peas flour pasta)
    For the sauce:
    2. In a pan Add butter, 3-4 chopped garlic, few slices of red bell pepper, 2 tomatoes (cut into halves), salt. Close and cook in low flame.
    3. After few minutes add paneer cubes or 10-15 cashews used paneer).
    4. Remove the skin of the tomatoes (will be easy to peel after a while)
    5. After it cools down, Blend it and keep aside. 6. In a pan add butter, garlic, onions, veggies of your choice (I used corn, red bell pepper, carrots) 7. Fry everything then add the blended sauce mix. Give it a mix.
    8. Add seasonings – Oregano, salt, pepper, Thyme(Optional), Red chilly flakes or paprika.
    9. Add pasta water and let it cook in simmer.
    10. Then add the boiled pasta. Let it cook for 5 minutes and DONE.
    11. Add Cheese if you wish (l didnt, as it was creamy enough for him)
    12. Serve with love and enjoy ❤️

  2. Check the ingredients given, how many percent of green peas added. (In nutrious biscuits most of the content is maida, nutritional seeds, pulses are only a small percentage.)
