In the best and most nostalgic way possible this reminds me a little of the spaghettio’s with hot dogs (which was a childhood staple of mine!). It’s better because it’s homemade & has bacon. I wish I had a slice of wonder bread with butter on the side because that’s what my mom always served it with 🤭🙌🏼 Will definitely make this again for a yummy comfort meal!
INGREDIENTS: • 16oz Spaghetti • 1lb bacon cubed • 1 chopped onion • 1 lb cubed ham steak • 10 3/4 oz can tomato soup • 2 1/2-3 cups tomato juice • 2 cups shredded cheddar
INSTRUCTIONS: • Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. • Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon with onion until bacon is crisp; do not drain. • Add ham, tomato soup and seasonings to skillet; stir. Reduce heat to low; mix in cooked spaghetti. • Transfer mixture to a greased 13"x9" deep baking pan. • Pour in enough tomato juice to make the mixture saucy. • Top with shredded cheese. • Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees until bubbly and cheese is melted, about 15 to 20 minutes. • Enjoy!! 🥰
