Curds eggs and sausage is one of the best burrito fillings you can do. I like it for lasagna too
I've made my own paneer, using lemon rather than rennet. Not sure about the pepper, but it desperately needs salt if you're going to make cheese.

That was a lot of rennet so I'm going to guess it was junket rennet
Been making curds for years. Especially nice rolled into balls, stuffed with spinach, rolled again in breadcrumbs and deep fried. Yum!
