Today we are making one of the most loved desserts in the world: Tiramisu.
This is a classic Italian recipe, rich, creamy, elegant, and surprisingly easy to make at home.

โ˜• A traditional Italian tip:
For a proper tiramisu, the coffee should not be sweetened.
In this recipe I use moka coffee, just like in many Italian homes.

INGREDIENTS
– 2 extra large eggs
– 80 g sugar
– 250 g ladyfingers (savoiardi)
– 250 g mascarpone
– Unsweetened coffee
– Grand Marnier (optional)
– A pinch of salt (optional)
– Cocoa powder

METHOD
1. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
2. Whip the egg whites until soft, stable and airy.
3. Beat the yolks with the sugar until pale and creamy.
4. Add mascarpone and mix until smooth.
5. Gently fold in the whipped egg whites.
6. Add a small splash of Grand Marnier.
7. Dip the ladyfingers briefly in coffee.
8. Create the layers and finish with cocoa powder.
9. Chill before serving.

  2. Ho poca voglia di cucinare e soprattutto non so cucinare dolci ma dopo aver visto questo video mi รจ venuta voglia di fare un bel tiramisรน ovviamente seguendo la ricetta di Massimo, un video fatto veramente bene. Bravo
