Dinner in 10 minutes? ๐Ÿ‹ This easy Pollo al Limone (Lemon Chicken) comes together so fast thereโ€™s no excuse not to have a great weeknight dinner. Bright lemon, butter, and parsley make the perfect silky sauce in just one pan.

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast filets
2 lemons
1/2 cup white wine
1 knob butter
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Fresh parsley
Flour (for dredging)

Directions:
1. Lightly flour the chicken breast filets.
2. Sautรฉ in olive oil over medium heat until lightly golden on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Add the white wine, lemon peel from one lemon, lemon zest from the other, and the juice of both lemons.
4. Add the butter and parsley.
5. Cook on low for a few minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce slightly thickens.
