I remember drinking this wine with his mother’s Tagliatelle Bolognese at his parent’s house and it’s still probably the most amazing yet simple lunches I’ve ever had! Period, end of story! 🍝🍷

This vineyard is located in the northern part of Barolo in Verduno (a unique grape called Pelaverga is worth finding from here as well). 💥

This wine had everything and more you’d want from a single vineyard cooler climate expression of Nebbiolo…tart and dried red raspberries, wafts of heady perfume and incense, dried rose petals, leather, licorice, and dried mint dominate…and this wine is a just a baby! 💯

If you love Italian wines and Barolo, in particular, it’s worth tracking this tiny production wine down and worth the splurge around $90…it will easily age for 25+ years!💰
