    Looks delicious. You did a great job, especially for your very first pizza in your new kit.

    Your results look similar to my own with the same oven and I’ve had it for around six months now.

    I’m considering swapping the stone for a steel to see if I can up my game a little further. The highest stone temperature I’ve achieved in 409°C, so, hopefully, the steel might go a touch higher.

    That looks great! I made NYC pizza on mine when I first got it a week ago and it turned out great!

    I have neapolitan dough ready and plan to make that tonight. Did you use the neapolitan setting? I couldn’t find any info on how high that temp is, but I imagine it’s the max 700 degrees. About how long did they take to bake?
