I had some of the best bites of pasta in my entire life! Eating at fileja was both a delicious and riveting experience. I enjoyed watching the chef meticulously craft each piece of pasta while also making sure that they were cooked perfectly al dente. It’s been a few months since my visit, but I still think about the pasta here.
The courses in their pasta omakase do change based on the season. I hope to come back again in the future to try even more pasta. Thank you to @roaming.eater for the amazing recommendation!

This would be soooooo annoying to eat. Make the portions 20% bigger and you will Quintuple your sales

nice, food is always better when shared, and what better way then to share fifteen different foods!
I mean sure it looks cool, but those portions are an absolute joke. I understand that there are 15 different pasta courses so they need to somehow make them fit, but like this you don't even get to taste and appreciate one single course
