



Hi! I hope this is the right place to ask about this, but I purchased some freshly made pasta from a restaurant about a week ago, and have since noticed some random white spots on the individual pieces. I’m not too knowledgeable about the specifics of pasta, so would anyone be able to explain to me what these are, and if the pasta is still safe to cook & eat?

Yeah that mold. You need to eat fresh pasta right away or freeze it
