Catalina dressing
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup onion
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup salad oil

Polynesian sauce
1 cup Catalina dressing
3 tsp Apple cider vinegar
6 tbsp honey

Blackening Salmon Mix
2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp each basil, oregano, thyme

For Catalina dressing, blend all the ingredients then on low speed little by little add oil.
