Here is my first Italian panini recipe. And this specific one is very popular in Rome and my personal favourite
Panino con mortadella e mozzarella … I think the video recipe will be self explanatory as to why I love this panino so much.

Ingredients for two BIG panini:
– Focaccia bread
– 150 gr of thin sliced mortadella
– 200 gr of mozzarella cheese
– 100 gr of pesto sauce
– a handful of crunched pistachios
