🍕🥣 INGREDIENTS 🥄🍕

Homemade Pizza Dough Recipe
* 3 ½ cups (1 lb 2 oz/497 g) 00 flour
* 2 teaspoons instant yeast
* 2 teaspoons salt
* 1 ⅓ cups + 2 tablespoons (11 fl oz/338 ml) warm water
* 1 tablespoon olive oil

Pizza Toppings: Soppressata, Mozzarella and Hot Honey
* 8 slices (2 oz/58 g) soppressata
* 6 oz (170 g) fresh mozzarella
* 4 tablespoons (¼ cup/2 oz) pizza sauce

Hot Honey Recipe
* ½ cup (5 oz/142 g) honey
* 10 jarred whole Calabrian chiles (1 ½ oz/45 g)
* Pinch of salt

  2. It may not be a $5 item but I would love to see a blackberry cobbler. My mom used to make the best one ever but I don't have her recipe and I can't quite get it right with others I have found.

  3. cold fermenting really does make it taste better. Like you said longer the better, i use 48 hrs. (I can't wait forever lol)

  4. why not use medium corn meal? I use corn meal but I can switch to semolina easy enough.
    I use my kitchen oven and a pizza stone. I'm jealous over your pizza oven. I've looked at gas pizza ovens for the backyard but Black Friday/Cyber Monday didn't offer any great deals imho.

  5. The cold ferment is essential! I do up to a week, but sometimes I'm impatient 😂 it tastes amazing, close to a sourdough but without the hassle!

  10. Yes your pizza rocks!!!! Also in Canada pizza 🍕 is so expensive. Well as an Italian once upon a time back when we were young we only knew our mom’s pizza. 🍕. So really never order out. But then bakeries made home style pizza and they were delicious 😋. But here in Canada 🇨🇦. Yes pizza gone up to 30 bucks. Insane 😮😳😳
