today we are in a new town the stunning town of Capistrano and we have got a secret Hidden Gem that is just going to blow you away just wait just wait while you see this one [Music] so I am very pleased to say that we’ve slightly extended our area and this is a new town to you called Capistrano and I must say it is absolutely fantastic we’re going to have a little walk around this the main Piaza if you like which is this and I’m going to use this introduction for two videos so apologies if you’re watching this for a second time Capistrano is in a beautiful Valley location and ideally located to enjoy all the areas around salmona poy it’s about 10 15 minutes from poy and then that then gets you onto the m out away and on to wherever you need to be whether that’s Rome or pescara and but it’s also ideally located to enjoy some of the incredible places around aquala incl including aquala itself and we have the unbelievable Rocka kalaso this car seems to be following me around annoying me with the noise the amazing Rocka kalaso which is which has the uh the highest castle in the appenines it’s there’s just so much around here to do and the countryside is just glorious and this town I must admit I am so excited to start working here I really am beautiful church here that they’re they’re doing works on Capistrano is famous for the Capistrano Warrior which is a huge statue made out of one slab of marble or granite and uh stands about 2 m high it’s held in the museum in in uh K it’s fantastic you’d have seen it many times in the publicity for abuto and this this is where it was found Capistrano popular little tourist town beautiful castle at the end here that they’re restoring and it’s not a huge place but it is absolutely beautiful here we have a gelateria here gelateria bar Dominico’s in there always gets the best parts of the job doesn’t he just around the corner there’s a place where you can taste oil wine and things like that then we have behind me we have a pizzeria restaurant looks like a bar as well usual uh usual chap set out there then we also have a beauty salon those of you need it I could probably do spending a month in there we also have a Aristo machelia which is a butcher but it’s also part restaurant should be pretty good then there is another restaurant here at the end all in this little Piaza we have a pharmacist around the corner we have a bank have one of everything and you also have which I’m waiting to get confirmation on this but I’ve been told that you get excellent public transport here apparently there’s five buses a day that head towards poy and five buses a day that head towards aquala and from aqua and POA you can get the train and also from just outside the town you drop down this town takes about 4 minutes in the car to drop down and there’s a petrol station down there and that’s where flicks bus picks people up to take you to Rome so that’s just amazing if you got a car you’re really close to the uh the auto Strada the motorway at poy I say it takes about took me about 10 minutes this morning 10 15 minutes so this is really well located I am going to double check all the uh the public transport just to make sure that is all correct but I’ve been told another person told me that the bus that collects to go to Rome The Flicks bus you can actually get a bus from the center of here if you’re early in the morning and it will take you down to the station to then collect flicks bus and then go to Rome at the countryside the things to see around here are amazing the coastline probably will take you between 50 minutes to an hour great restaurant here as well H Castello so even if you want to sit on the beach as of pescar and head towards the airport Of pescara You’ do that within an hour then again 15 minutes to pop to jump on the autostrada you can get trains into Salona you can get go towards Prat and get buses and trains into Rome I’m not saying that they’re here every hour but it is easy to get around and when this Castle’s finished they are working on it because I’ve seeing the cranes moving this is just going to be extremely extremely beautiful stunning beyond belief what a great atmosphere what a beautiful place so excited to add this to our portfolio of incredible places and we’ve got three or four properties is there’s one that I need to come back to video I’ve taken two videos today and I’m going to use this intro as say to both of them and we’ve got one that’s an attached property with a swimming pool that is absolutely beautiful and then we’ve got a hidden townhouse I’m going to call it I don’t know what I’m going to it’s the secret it’s the secret house of a brutal because it’s just unbelievable really is unbelievable both properties to be fair are fantastic and I’m looking forward to finding more of these properties so getting closer to the castle walls now obviously caribiner so the police station not that I can imagine you’re needing those very much I just love these old historical centers I’m not going to walk all the way through I just want to just have a look around this corner cuz I’ve not seen it myself following the castle walls looks like part of the center’s blocked off historical part it’s nice to meander through these streets this is going to be fantastic when they do this beautiful so that’s a little introduction to Capistrano really excited about this uh this new place really excited to show you these two properties so whichever one you’re watching at the moment you’re going to love both of them they’re fantastic introduction to this uh special place and we are on the prow we are on the prow for more properties here and we will find more properties here there’s no doubt about that because of the kind support that you guys give us on the Channel I’m happy to say that even the locals are finding out about the channel and they’re bringing along their properties for us to Showcase well not bringing during the summer months and weekends from an incredible beautiful Capistrano let’s head out and show you some of these incredible properties let’s make a start so 5 minutes walk around this corner and you’re in the the central Piaza where we’ just been this is a local uh local shop tabacaria where you buy a little bit of everything in there but you’re 2 minutes from the center anyway and the property is just down this road and we take a a right and then it’s straight in front of us so it’s literally not this first turning the second one just after after this uh I don’t know if you can see the the drain pipe that’s running down this building just just around the corner there so we’ll pick up the video from there perfect timing with the uh church bells so the the little shop that was at the end oh the the main road is just just up here literally just so this is the this is the the the the road that you got to come down to go to the house that you would walk down you can drive down here if you need to bring things to the house drop off here and then reverse back up if you wanted to these people have or you just pull in here and come back look how amazing this is beautiful castle at the top there that’s having Works done to it that’s why the cranes are there and this place I’m want to show you today look at this this is incredible this place I’m want to show you today is mindblowing I absolutely love it it’s the little secret house and somebody is going to be well I’m going to be very jealous I will say there’s a little dog on one of the balconies that obviously doesn’t know who I am so it’s been yapping away while I’ve been there so you have to forgive that the lady said it’s just because she doesn’t know you so I’ve tried introducing myself but he’s still doing it anyway look how amazing this is are you ready for this now this is like something you’ve never seen before this is the hidden House of a Bruto and I’ve always wanted a property that you don’t really see it from the road and you sort of drop down into it and this is I’m just I’m so excited to show you this so it starts from here and just look at this this is all garden and Terrace that all belongs to this property I am so excited because look at these views oh my I mean just look at look at it just look at this place what an amazing property I love it absolutely love it they seem to have got a number of sheds I don’t know if they’re all open we’ll see when we go down there don’t know what they’re keeping all these things but look at these look at this for an area to to eat and stare at these views get the sun and the house is here the house is below this amazing and it goes right down I’m trying to stay quiet because the dogs behind me on the balcony even this belongs even the Gnomes have got a Terrace have you ever seen anything as unique as this I don’t think I have and it goes to the end of this green part should we go and have a look in amazing Main gas and then you enter into your kingdom look how beautiful this is I am lost for words let’s make our way down this is just going to be one of the best holiday hom I I have VI videoed possibly one of the best I’ve ever seen in all the years I’ve done this purely because of this I’ve never seen any outside space like this I’ve seen seen some incredible views but I have seen nothing like this imagine what you could do here grow some Great Vines this is all about living outside this property let’s have a little look at what’s in some of these cuz I haven’t looked so far obviously we’ve got some sort of storage area here maybe good for wood or nice and cool in there maybe be good for wine we have another little uh storage room here decent size this has got that Terrace above the gnome Terrace can’t stop looking at these views I wish you could see me on from of this camera cuz I’ve just got the biggest grin on my face walking around here let’s have a look what else do we have what else can we go and see how do I get into this shed here you must have to get around the other side let me have a look at that first you must have to walk up and round let’s have a look what would you do here plant some more fruit trees how do I get down to that must have to climb over this wall look at this and you’re right in town but yet it’s so quiet oh yeah you get down there let me see let me walk down this area look at this Sun Sun Terrace yes you got houses behind but who cares somebody lives in this one here and one here possibly one there but be easy to put some privacy up here to a few plants let’s have a look in this little uh Hut whatever’s in here oh we’ve also got storage in here didn’t see this before let me have a look is this open oh this is sort of built on to protect oh this used to be a Terrace before obious been built on to protect the Terrace and storage quite handy very good there’s electric up here as well then let’s have a look in here I’m amazed why they’ve got all of these sheds and it is just a just a little shed looks like it’s been some sort of playroom or something in the past very handy you wouldn’t sleep in here cuz it’s a bit warm actually considering how hot it is outside it’s not too bad it’s even got proper Windows on this and a fly screen but what would you do in here let me know in the comments got Electric in here as well roller shutters for privacy maybe it could be a little photo studio maybe a little Art Studio keep getting little glimpses of the town as well oh I am I don’t know what to say I do not know what to say let’s have another look what we have around here more sheds by the look looks of it lovely little grassy areas and place for plants and this just imagine just sitting here electric out here as well there’s lights out sit here in the evening in fact I’m going to sit I’m going to sit and show you what it’s like from a head height I’m going to sit back slightly and just look at this I am so relaxed so relaxed other than that Crane’s just made a noise because it’s moving I wonder what that buzzing noise well I heard that a little bit earlier it’s when the Crane’s ready to move imagine sat out here with a glass of wine it’s just mindblowing and there’s lots of work going off here as well which is great news look at these Vineyards and the road at the bottom is a a main road that takes you straight to Aquila and straight to POI and the valdi pin and the motorway so from here in the car 10 15 minutes you’re in poly which has featured a number of times on our videos then what do we have we have more storage where it keeps the uh lawn mower hand a little bit of storage then we have another another shed let’s have a look in here oh this is where it keeps preserves and a fridge so there’s obviously Electric in each one of these as well but what gets me is even the windows in these places that it’s got proper shutters and fly screens this is just amazing what would you do what would you do with this and then just in case you need it we have yet another Terrace oh my word the roof everything looks fine inside but obviously if any work needs doing people can just clamber on here and obviously getting the correct permissions and getting somebody strapped up so they’re safe but this should got easy access to it and remember in properties like this because there’s somebody below as well if any work needs doing to the roof then everybody has to share so the people below come in from the street at the bottom that you’ll see uh at the bottom you can get in from the from this Bottom Road as well there seems to be some sort of parking here as well even though it’s a short walk into the town anyway and short walk up to the main road where you can leave the car there does seem to be some parking areas on on here this is amazing and you haven’t even seen inside yet I’ve never seen a property like this never seen a property like this before at all it is so unique for many reasons to have this kind of outside space right in the middle of town is just is more than stunning sorry I don’t like getting this Rusty satellite dish I seem to keep getting it in the picture need to get rid of that absolutely incredible stunning beyond belief and that little bit of Breeze is very welcome are you ready to look in the house folks are you ready to do it are you getting excited about this one let’s do it let me just say I’m in love not just with my wife but also with uh with this place what an amazing holiday home this is going to be it’s like a secret it is a secret house it’s the secret house of capist and I absolutely love it boiler gas boiler looks in reasonable condition the owner says everything works they actually use the property here’s the famous Capistrano Warrior there’s a huge statue of this in K and it’s about 2 m tall maybe tall than that cook from one piece of marble going back I don’t know how many I’m sure it’s into the thousands uh of years I’m sure it’s even BC anyway back to the house I I am so excited for somebody it’s not a huge property but it’s just fantastic especially with the outside space that you’ve seen so this area there’s a couple of things that I will change so I’m going to walk through and try and stay quiet as I walk through and just show you the rooms and then I will tell you what what I would do I can hear domanic outside sneezing he’s got hay fever today luckily I haven’t got it today so this I would probably use it as a dining room not sure I would have a huge unit in there I said I wouldn’t say things but obviously I’m going to say a few things obviously um but I think I would keep this as a dining room you’ll see why as we go through and at the at the end here it’s just storage but this is a thin wall so if you wanted to take this out you could but I would leave it in for the reason that I’m going to say shortly the radiators great condition flooring every this place you can just move straight in I I love it it’s small but I I love it absolutely love it show you in there in a second here at the end we have two yes two bathrooms and wait while you see the view from them this is the main bathroom because it has the the shower I’m not sure if the other one has a shower actually just have a quick look reasonable size shower no problem I could get in there now the windows in this place have been there’s just this one I think there may be two that need change but these are still great condition good size sink WC and bday this is double glazed it’s the old sort of uh gold style but it’s still in really good condition whereas the rest a brand new there’s not much of a view from the bathroom but you know if you can cope with this then uh church bells amazing and this actually has another entrance or as well as above it does have an entrance down to this street down here and you can get in through this this door the quirkiness of this place is just amazing this hidden secret Gem of Capistrano in a Bruton what title am I going to use on YouTube for this video electric seem to be in great condition this is just good to go and another bathroom there is no shower in here but as supp as you could put one if you really needed it this is more of laundry because the washing machine is in here so while you’re getting your washing out of the washing machine you could just accidentally just look up and look at these horrendous views absolutely brilliant there are a couple of signs just of little black SP but this is because the house is locked up and people what I would do the first thing I would do in places like this you would keep these windows closed open these slightly and fit some fly screen keep those shut and it keeps air coming into these properties cuz it’s not problems with the water infiltration it’s just purely because they’re they’re locked up so there’s a couple of spots and notice a couple of spots in Corners in other places but it’s certainly nothing uh last week we had some horrendous rain so if there was any problems I would know it but these kind of problems you see all the time when houses are houses are locked up so if you do notice any of that on the video there’s not a lot of it but if you do notice any then it’s a simple solution okay then moving into the kitchen there is quite a few things in this kitchen making it sort of crowded a little bit it’s not a huge kitchen but it’s what else do you need what else do you need for a holiday home or even a home I would live here I love it absolutely love it have I said that so you sort of have a unit there and a chair here that’s all a little bit sort of uh I don’t know I would move this keep the kitchen into into this this corner or even just along this wall then table in the middle I said I wasn’t going to give any ideas wasn’t I but I can’t help myself great size do you like these tiles let me know in the comments do you like some of these crazy tiles from the they must be from the’ 70s and look a little fireplace how great is that and it’s actually marble as well a lot of people ask me about these ask me if the fireplaces work people leave these covered especially if they’re not here and during the summer uh but especially if they’re not here because they don’t want birds flying in or anything like that so they keep them blocked so there’s no if there’s any sot that drops down I don’t know if there’s any bees or what if you’re not here and it’s it’s sort of closed up for months and months people tend to do that they will lock close up there their fires then moving on The View out of here it’s got a fly screen on so I’m not gonna I’ll show you from the Next Room these windows are fantastic brand new or they look brand new anyway and they feel like upvc which they are and they’ve got Shutters on the outside this place is such a bargain [Music] unbelievable now this could be a two-bedroom property however this would be one of them and the other one the next I’m going to show my ideas in a second just bear with me because I like this as a lounge as well but you could have this with a bed sofa and then I’ll show show you how we would resolve the problem of walking through one to another shortly if you wanted to do this but for now I’ll stay quiet look at these doors beautiful they’ve got the shutters on the outside this is a stone property as well so you could reveal Stone if you wanted to on any of these walls and are you ready for this I don’t know if I should should show you sorry I’m sneezing at the moment I said I didn’t have hav even and I now seem to be getting it are you ready just take a look at this oh my word how amazing is this and if you look down obviously we are above somebody else’s property which is fine cuz we’re on the top what an amazing view and then from this room we have the bedroom I’m walking him backwards because there’s a mirror on this wall I’m sure you’d rather see the house than me here’s the bedroom fantastic with another incredible view this one’s got a fly screen on I’m not going to lift the fly screen up so it’s probably picking up the fly screen more than the view but I’m sure you’re tired of seeing these unbelievable views so what would I do to make this a second bedroom can I tell you now am I am I am I am I allowed to I’m going to have a slight pause just so I can sneeze a few times okay sorry about that I will say I’ve just noticed while I was sneezing away that the electrics in this room seem a little bit older I just want to just have a look at the back at some of the yes these seem it seems like they’ve redone part of them in one part of the house but maybe not this end one so could be a little bit to do here they all work obviously the lights this lights Swit cracked but the the lights work but yeah something to consider so what would I do in here okay let me explain to you I personally would remove this can you see me it’s another reflection possibly remove this wardrobe and put this bed up against that door that door that wall to give space on this wall to the left and I will show you why I would then close this up or just have a Better Door with no glass for privacy then I would have this so imagine that this is either closed with a a good door or close completely this then I would have as a lounge with a nice Lounge sofa here and put the TV maybe on on this wall so there may be some more electrical work to do put the TV on this wall you got a nice little snug with a small balcony and unbelievable views are you with me so far then to access this bedroom what I would do is exactly the same as what they’ve done here Archway but I would do it at the end of here I would still keep this door or some sort of door here so then this door would then be the entrance to the bedroom so you would come in here you could potentially have a wardrobe here and then here behind this you would put an arch exactly the same as what’s being done down there obviously I need to check with my geometra because this is an important wall I understand it is an important wall because I believe at one stage this was the outside wall of the house um so I would definitely I would definitely do that I think that would work I think to have this and then to open it up have your wardrobe area in there and then the Archway and into that bedroom I think that would make it perfect and then when you need to use the facilities you come out here you go to the end and you got the bathroom or you got the choice of two and then this room becomes kitchen as it is obviously I would have this as a little bit of a a dining area here this is the kitchen as it is Dominico’s outside annoying the local dogs uh and then this I would have as a dog door to if we had guests you would pull this down as a sofa bed and that would obviously be closed if you don’t have guests then it’s your Lounge what do you think I absolutely love this place this is a bargain beyond belief an unbelievable location and I think I think I would cry I feel like I am in a dream it’s just a brood s blows me away you know I’ve been coming here now for for 21 years and it continues to blow me away and I genuinely mean that there is no other area like this I’m sorry there isn’t it’s just amazing
