the thing is you can have in a lot of
different ways we usually you have it
with Yi which is very popular here you
can have it with Bigg you can have in
palenta but it’s stewed
horse and is super soft they cook it for
like 20 hours it just falls apart in
your mouth but is really good so don’t
be worried out you can see horse on the
menu here in

I tried raw horse meat in Japan. Wasn't a huge fan, but would definitely try what you're having!
Would love to try that, looks delicious! And I really don't see what the fuss is about.
I have horse meat once in a while here in Quebec. Not often and I definitely wouldn't have a whole burger of it as an example but we serve it on occasion as an appetizer and I don't mind it.
