Penne pasta Jar of spaghetti sauce 1lb browned ground beef Garlic powder Salt n pepper Italian seasoning Pinch of sugar Bechamel sauce – butter, flour, milk, salt, garlic powder and cheese of your choice. I used Gruyere! Then add a tiny more cheese on top. I used sharp cheddar! So good!
