hey guys my name is Ashley we are
kicking it local right here in Keller
Texas at a new restaurant called Aquario
and we’re going to learn a little bit
more not only about the restaurant but
the amazing Chef behind the scenes I
here with Chef ready hi Hi how are you
good thank you so much for having us and
kicking it as thank you
for for giving us this opportunity
absolutely absolutely so tell us a
little bit about yourself Chef so I
started first time back in 1991 in the
kitchen in CC agento oh my gosh my first
job was called hotel paguro and then I
moved from there to Venice was in Venice
for 25 years I used to own another
aquari restaurant oh very similar of
this aquarium here almost the same menu
one day I decid to come here to color it
is amazing this is like really authentic
Italian food they make all of the pasta
right here fresh yes we do every day the
pasta fresh here we have almost every
day the delivery fish you guys are
really making yourself at home here
because everyone is talking about
aquarios so to be honest like I mean I’m
like like I said before the community is
helping is helping yeah us very much
making us feel at home for me was first
time here so I’m really happy so tell me
about some of the dishes that we had
this evening so first off we’ll get the
bucatini verie with pinacci shrimp campy
sauce like what I said before we do all
the pasta here mhm we blend the spinach
that’s why it’s GRE okay all all of the
dishes were so colorful and just like
amazing so good so the second one was
seast s seast Santina surfed with mashed
potatoes vegetables butter squash cor
salmon crusted potatoes served with
risoto and fava beans p and picata
sauce very good and then you had these
amazing desserts that you brought out
it’s called panakota My Favorite served
with some fresh fruit and it was
beautiful it’s like it’s like art
everything that you do we try to do our
job the best of our yes so what is your
favorite dish on the
menu pasta in general yeah I grow up in
Italy so give me any kind of pasta every
day yeah right I I have a sister-in-law
that same thing she’s from Italy so same
thing lots of pasta actually I eat seven
days a week pasta so we also had other
dishes what were the appetites caracho
dimano beef caracho s Saar Roa and
parmesan cheese M that other one was
caracho of amberjack served with
cauliflower pickles some errors thank
you well we’re very grateful to have
such an incredible and just a highlevel
experience every step of the way from
when you come in from the staff that are
the waiters here to the bar service the
chef and all of the stuff just they make
it so special so thank you so much for
having us it was such a pleasure thank
you pleasure to meeting you too and we
will be back we got to bring the whole
family we got to come back thank you yes
