Here we’ve got a downright delicious wood-fired pizza topped with sizzling sausage, fragrant fennel, punchy dried chilli, and the hero of it all…. purple sprouting broccoli! it’s a brilliant broccoli pizza so let’s
make pizza tepid water and this is the
perfect temperature to wake up the yeast
it’s always a pleasure and a
treat to make homemade bread of any kind
this has had an hour just over cut it
into eight balls that are roughly the
same size so I’m going to let that prove
for an hour and I am going to stoke up
the wood oven this is a beautiful
British Cumberland sausage break it up
into mini meatballs so we’ve got over
here fennel seeds a little teaspoon of
flaked dried chili this goes straight
into the oven so 5 minutes I’ll put the
broccoli in now and back in the oven
these have all beautifully proved and
we’re just kind of pinching that lovely
Edge tomato sauce salt olive oil scrunch
those tomatoes so a little spoon onto
the pizza sausage broccoli chili and
fennel is a classic combo time for the
wood
oven this is a joyful Pizza
