OneStopChop’s FLAVOR FILLED mac and cheese is one EVERYONE will love! This is probably my favorite mac and cheese I’ve tried.@OneStopChop

✨Recipe:
24 oz Elbow Macaroni
8 oz Sharp Cheddar
8 oz Mild Cheddar
8 oz Colby Jack Cheese
6 oz Smoked Gouda
4 oz Gruyere
8 oz Velveeta Cheese cubed
1 cups Evaporated Milk
1 cups Whole Milk
¼ cup Sour Cream
1 stick Unsalted Butter
3 Eggs lightly beaten
2 tbsp Seasoning Salt
1½ tsp Black Pepper

Directions:
1. Bring large pot of generously salted water to a boil, then add in your elbow macaroni and cook until just al dente.
2. Shred all of your cheeses and set aside. In a separate bowl whisk together your eggs, evaporated milk, whole milk, seasoning salt, and black pepper.
3. Drain your noodles and add them to a large bowl or pot. Mix in your butter and sour cream to coat the noodles.
4. Alternate between adding in your cheeses and your milk mixture, stirring carefully after each addition to make sure not to break your noodles.
5. Once well combined, add your macaroni to a large baking dish and top with your remaining cheeses. Cover with foil and place in oven at 375°F for 15 minutes. Remove foil and broil for an additional 5 minutes until browned and bubbly.
6. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before cutting into.
7. Enjoy!!

  2. Would using 16oz vs 24 dramatically change the recipe, my niece requested I make this but that seems like a lot of noodles, would I need to cut back on cheese as well

  3. So cook som bacon lardons and add it to it, to give it a salty taste and add some truffle oil as well to give a luxury taste

  4. Your mac and cheese videos are great but I have one suggestion, when you put it in the oven to bake, throw some breadcrumbs on top of the cheese to get a crispy crust, you can also make a bacon farofa(which is just cooking bacon and mixing breadcrumbs into the bacon fat) to go with it, it is really good
