  1. ❤ perfect place ! The garage could be an art studio. 🎨 and storage for beach ⛱️ chairs. And my Vespa scooter. So much potential 😊😊😊 thankyou for sharing. Oh and lots of gardening.

  2. Wow! I love this house guys. With the amount of land and the perfect house, the price is reasonable. Although I would negotiate.😁

  3. I love this so much!! The house is so charming, the land and location are stunning.. I’m already mentally heading over with my dogs, horses and a suitcase. And a cap like Aiden’s to wear when I hang out in that window. 😊Thanks for another fabulous video! ❤

  4. Love this house, wouldn't change a thing, to keep the look and style coherent. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! The shutters work, unlike fake American ones! I also noticed the missing wooden door to the freezer! And I totally agree with the other commenters about the price; it's definitely a little steep. What does need work is the area surrounding the house, cleaning up the stray slabs sitting around, the weeds growing out of the cracks of the pavement, and the overgrown ground cover on the land. You could live permanently in the older section while renting out the newer to vacationers. Maybe there's space somewhere to build/install a 2nd kitchen and bathroom. 🙂

  5. I love this town. Being single & in my 60's. I'd rather live in town. Pull out a table & chair . And drink to the beautiful people.

  6. What a beautiful place to live. I love all the wood work inside. Not much to fix up on this home. I love it!

  7. I definitely liked the inside but the outside not so much. If this was Umbria I could understand the high price somewhat and saying you should update the kitchen and bathroom also reinforces the point of the price being too high.

  8. That’s a lot of square footage for the money as long as there’s no major structural or other issues.

  9. I thought it was exactly what i wanted in termscof layout, garden, view. But it's worth max 160k if you consider the completely unmantained garden, the old bathroom and kitchen, missing doors, no heating…Think ive seen cracked floor tiles as well. In the end putting the heating in means it needs full renovation.

  10. Fabulous property – and room to put a little above ground plunge pool in. It won't be available long…

  11. No screens on many windows? Does that mean there are no bugs? Many houses in Italy don;t have external vents for the stove hoods. That seems a little odd as it would not bee too hard to arrange in the house. I like houses at this price point which is a little higher than most of your other videos. There is a window/vent on the send floor in the back above the garage. I did not see it in the any of the rooms so perhaps there is more space up higher. If there is water in the the garage area I would punch a door through where the plaster patch is and add an ensuite. Turn the existing tiny third bedroom into a sitting room/office and you would have an awesome master suite. Add screens everywhere and let the breeze blow. I do like the security doors and the land. Maybe you could do an episode on what to do with olive trees? Can you pay someone to harvest and mill/press? Do you need your own equipment? How much can you expect from a couple of acres of trees?
