And get the cheese start as you can see this has almost filled this this container up so we’re we’re those sheep are making some good amount of cheese I tell you what tell you what sorry goats the goat cheese making lots of goat milk so we can make some goat cheese goat

Cows or the sheep or the goats man I keep seeing roing so they have produced some milk and we’re getting those milk that or getting those uh getting that turn to cheese as well um January is the selling date so we’ll probably go ahead and go

To that time we have a little bit of wine oh wait now I think about it let’s check that out too go check on the Wine Barrel wine barels we got no wine what oh man let’s see where we at the cheap there wi oh not quite a full one huh dag

Nabit oh well I should be coming out running into walls and stuff oh no we got over here sweet sweet we got some wine barrels over here so that’s nice those would be worth some money um I want to get the wine some bottles and get the barrels over to

That so we make even more money look here let’s go to the wine wine fine all the time so red wine barrel is worth 2249 a height all right if we go to red wine bottle it’s 6,063 that’s a big difference just be the place we just need to get some wine

Bottles I think I might just do that to be honest I Think so yep I think we’re going to work that out so that sounds like a plan man all we need to do is move that over to the processing got put it here okay so yeah full barrels input there bam so we’ll do that and then those will probably come over sweet all

Over there so here’s our wine we did the wine barrels then we took the barrels and put them into wine bottles so we get more money out them it’s going to be pretty nice should get a nice little chunk of change for this stuff here that’s sh see oh yeah there it go

Sweet not sure if it’s going to work or not but it is working all right it’s not a well actually not too bad to be honest with you actually fill it up all right cool I’m okay with that and we’ll go and load it all up so I’m going to go almost

Couple times so we got a lot of cheese which is good get some money for that and this isn’t going to be Harvest or we’re not going to we’re not going to mess with the grapes again until the next uh wait when is the months again there

So grapes not until March okay so we got a couple months till yet but yeah this is going to be our deal here so once we sell this off uh and we’ve been the goats have been producing so the extra goats we’ve been selling off which is

Nice we got an extra profit for that so that’s very good indeed and then uh from that point yeah we’ll just get more grapes going throw them over there we get the extra Fields we’ll keep on trucking so all that going along yeah H with all that going on we’re just

Going to keep on trucking and Che on keep on keep on riding that train yeah other than that uh yeah beautiful beautiful area again uh we’re going to get this done and this will give us a good chunk off of our bill too so we got a $500,000 loan to to to her

DDO but he knows us cuz like I said we were on the other side too there for a little bit so we got it we’re good to go oh there’s pole there sorry looked away for a second and uh down there whoops uh we do have I did drop some more milk off

This cheese is just they get pumping out the milk which is awesome the pins full going through food like crazy so I’m it’s it’s a process but it’s good we got cheese coming up and we have wine so we got cheese and wine we already did

The um once the wheat’s done we’ll put that down to get the pasta so and then we did the canola for the oil so yeah we did a little bit touched a few bases on everything again so that is awesome we’re going to sell this see what we get

For it and then uh go get the cheese and we’ll take care of that other than that yeah we’re pretty well set up here so we got what we’re looking for and uh there we go yeah and again uh never really told anybody her name from jeez

What two years ago when I started doing one one two years maybe I think so I’ll give you a hint there the te and everybody else can figure it out from there just give me some ideas and we’ll we’ll try and work that in more than likely this is going and

This map may be more updated too so we’re going to do some more on that but like I said they’re going to keep role playing with whatever Italian thing and probably bring her along just just just keep the thing rolling so but uh other than that yeah let’s uh let’s get this

And the cheese we’re probably to get another good hun we’re going to be in pretty good standing so we’re we’re definitely on the right path so so other than that yeah we’re going to keep this going and uh again uh we’re pretty well set here
