All right my foodie friends buckle up because we’re about to embark on a culinary Adventure that’ll leave your taste buds begging for more today we’re tackling the ultimate T-bone steak with a red wine reduction sauce that’s so good it’ll make your Grandma’s secret recipe blush but trust me my friend this

Recipe is so easy even a caveman could do it heck they might even add it to their prehistoric cookbook so let’s dive in shall we first things first we’re going to grab some big beautiful Idaho potatoes I’m talking about the kind of Spuds that would make Mr Potato Head

Jealous wash them scrub them and give them a little love because these babies are about to become the stars of the show well co-stars let’s not forget about our T-bone steaks next we’re going to cut those Tates into chunks or wedges leaving the skin on because we’re not

Afraid of a little texture and flavor around here toss those babies in a bowl with some olive oil until they’re glistening like they’ve just been to the spa but wait there’s more we’re going to season those potatoes with salt pepper and Italian seasoning why Italian seasoning you ask well my friends

Because we’re not just making roasted potatoes we’re making Italian inspired roasted potatoes balisimo now pop those seasoned spuds into a baking dish and let them hang out in the oven for about 20 minutes but don’t go too far because we’re about to add the pie to resistance asparagus

Grab a bunch of these green stocks trim off the tough ends and toss them in with the potatoes drizzle a little more olive oil over the asparagus and season them with salt and pepper because we’re not messing around here back into the oven they go for another 10 15 minutes until

The potatoes are crispy on the outside and the asparagus is Tender Crisp first things first we need to let those steaks come to room temperature you know what they say happy steak happy life life okay maybe no one says that but I just did Pat the steak dry with paper towels

To remove any excess moisture next we’re going to season those bad boys with salt and pepper don’t be shy really lay it on thick we’re not here to play around we’re here to create culinary masterpieces now it’s time for this Sizzle fire up that grill or heat up

Your Skillet until it’s hotter than the latest gossip oh and don’t forget to brush the grill with a little olive oil we want to keep things nice and juicy if you know what I mean throw those steaks on the grill or into the sizzling hot Skillet and let them sear to Perfection

We’re talking a beautiful caramelized crust on the outside while keeping that juicy melt in your mouth interior for medium rare you’ll want to cook them for about four 5 minutes per side but of course adjust the time to your desired level of dness once those steaks are seared to absolute perfection transfer

Them to a plate and tent them with foil to rest this resting period is crucial my friends as it allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat ensuring every bite is as succulent as the last while the steaks are catching their breath it’s time to work on that

Sauce we’ll get to that in just a moment but first let me remind you that you deserve a sip of that delicious Red Wine you’ll be using in this sauce After all you’ve just nailed the perfect sear on those t-bones and that’s worth celebrating now this is where the magic

Happens folks we’re going to add some garlic beef broth red wine and balsamic vinegar to the same pan we cooked the steaks in why because we want to capture all those delicious flavors that were left behind as the sauce simmers and reduces your kitchen will be filled with Aromas so tantalizing your neighbors

Might call the fire department thinking there’s a gourmet Blaze happening finally it’s time to Plate up this masterpiece Place those juicy steaks on your best plates drizzle that velvety sauce over the top and garnish with some fresh Rosemary for A Touch of Elegance and there you have it folks the ultimate

T-bone steak with red wine reduction sauce served with roasted Idaho potatoes and asparagus it’s so good it’ll make your taste buds do a happy dance Oh and before I forget if you want the full written recipe head on over to Kelvin kitchen.com because let’s be real my storytelling skills are great but you

Might need the ACT actual instructions to pull this off now go forth and Conquer those steaks and veggies my friends and remember if anyone asks you learn this recipe from the sassiest Chef on the internet Bon Appetit okay bye
