Finally, let’s try Zach Choi’s SILKY mac & cheese! @ZachChoi

✨Recipe:
12 slices Yellow American Cheese
12 slices White American Cheese
2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
2 tbsp Flour
17 oz Evaporated Milk
16 oz Cavatappi (corkscrew Macaroni)

1. Shred cheese and set aside. Start your noodles boiling.
2. In a pan on medium heat, melt butter. Once butter is fully melted, mix in paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and flour.
3. Once mixed, add evaporated milk and mix. Then add half your shredded cheese and mix until fully melted.
4. Add noodles and coat well.
5. Pour noodle/sauce mixture into pan, layering the other half of your shredded cheese as you go.
6. Broil in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

Making celebrity mac and cheese until I find one that’s smacks Zach Joy’s ASMR is satisfying but will his mac and cheese taste just as good as it sounds I wasn’t sure about this one at first he uses all and only American cheese and then shreds it yeah that’s easier said

Than done the Rue is pretty standard extra points for the evaporated milk anytime I use this stuff it always comes out way cheesier and got to appreciate the layers but I love when mac and cheese comes out looking like this and taste if you like craft dinner then this

Is definitely level 10 vibes

  1. i know american cheese sounds off putting, but it has emulsifying salts. This’ll make a sauce that doesnt break as easily and doesn’t firm up when it cools. You can offset that kraft dinner taste by substituting a majority of the american cheese in this recipe for cheddar or another similar cheese.

  2. I think Zach Choi might be a bigger disgrace to Uncle Roger than Jamie Olive Oil, and this is coming a fellow Nephew

  3. I love Mac and cheese my favorite is Annie’s Original or the yellow shells for some reason I don’t like the other shells but my whole family loves it
    Amazing video❤
