Ingredients:
Milk – 2/3 cup
Sugar- 2 Table spoon
Heavy Cream- 1 cup+1/3 cup
Gelatin – 1 tsp

For Garnishing:

Strawberry- 200 gms
Sugar – 1 cup
Method to cook:

1- Separately dissolve the Gelatin in 1 table spoon of cold milk for at least 20 minutes so that the gelatin becomes spongy.
2- Put rest of the milk in a open pan and bring it to boil and simmer it.
3- Add the gelatin to hot milk and stir well making sure that there are no lumps.
4- Add sugar and mix well to dissolve the sugar.
5- Ad heavy cream to the milk and stir for 3 minutes.
6- Add vanilla essence and mix well.
7- Keep it in the fridge for at least four hours to set.
8- Clean and wash the strawberries and keep two strawberries separate and chopp rest of them.
9- Grind to a rough paste with sugar and cook the strawberry syrup for 8 minutes till it gets boiled and thick.
10- Cool it n the fridge.
11- After 6 hours take out the Panna cotta and clear the edges with the help of a knife and deep it in warm water for 4 seconds.
12- Flip it on a plate and take out the panna cotta on the serving plate and garnish it with the help of fresh strawberry and syrup.
13- Serve it as a dessert to your guests.
