What I like to do is just get that stem and then I’m just going to let that dry off and clean it off so I’m going to go ahead and prep all these mushrooms are perfect right they’re clean and I took off a chunk of that stem now I want to

Slice them and I want to put a nice slice across the mushroom I want a good/ qu inch so I’m going to take my flour so I’m going to pop my half a cup and then I’m going to put my corn starch I’m going to put some pink himalay in and

Then we’re going to put some pepper in there and now we’re going to give that a good stir I got to get my liquid here so I’m going to take my eggs and then break those Ys add that cream start off with a handful of mushrooms I’m going to get

Them coated then you’re just going to take this with your flour give it a light dusting looking for just that and then I’m going to go ahead and set that on my plate and I’m going to get rocking I’ve got about an inch of Von Joe’s

Olive oil in there and I’m going to put those up nice and close set them right in there okay these are going to take literally moments we’re looking for a golden brown it’s been about 3 minutes tops so I’m going to spread them right over on my rack and once we’re on the

Rag put just a little bit of salt just a pinch of it just perfect

  1. Not clean! 🥴
Mushroom should not be washed since they contain so much moisture already. A clean unused toothbrush is ideal. Mushrooms grow in manure. (Horse shit) if there are any black spots on the mushroom it’s poo folks. 😂❤🙏🏼
