We’re back to our California series of videos and we couldn’t be more excited!

After traveling to San Diego and getting settled in our hotel, we spent the first day doing things in downtown San Diego, like dining in Little Italy and giving our hotel room review at Springhill Suites.

Now, we’re spending the day at the San Diego Zoo. This zoo has a reputation for being one of the best in the country. Is this true? What did we think of it? Well, tune in to find out!

Hell I’m gonna get up there and get stuck like that it’s not moving at all no oh yeah it is oh yeah no that’s that’s oh gosh I I there’s that bridge if you want to walk across that bridge I’m not really sure that I want to do

That either that’s that’s really high bridge doesn’t look too bad let’s go find food okay okay so what are we doing now Jennifer okay so we needed a little snacky snooky so we decided to try some egg rolls at the zoo try not to let the napkins blow

Away so yeah so we’re at the pagot which is just a stand that is kind of sort of um near Africa Asia it’s kind of like yeah after you walk past the Penguins was that the last animal we saw yeah and you’re kind of Coming Out of Africa

Anyway so we got some egg rolls and it has a little bit of sauce the sweet sour they got a Coke so we just needed a little something something yeah we do definitely okay so let’s see what do egg rolls taste like at the San Diego Zoo do

You want the sauce or no I know no okay okay Ready they kind of bland well that’s why you have the sauce okay just okay M yeah oh well it’ll do the trick I mean it’s fried food yeah cool see any Apes well we’re not at the Apes yet we’re walking to the Apes right now we’re Trucking Through the Jungle like

Tarzan lots of stairs so you had to do this yep had to do it little one that one’s little that’s a Baby look it is and then look at the little one he just slept I missed it here let’s So he’s swinging oh that is so [Applause] funny oh he has lettuce oh has a broccoli too so cute I want it as a pet come on get well I guess that wasn’t really comfortable I need more sun the Sun moved so he moved PH well I’m going to say probably at least half the day was spent trying to figure out where in the hell we were this is a big Zoo okay and and the map is not very clear or we’re just not very smart no seriously I passed a lot of people who

Were like I don’t know where we are I’m not sure which way does this go and they were stopping and asking volunteers uh how do we get to this or how do we get to that so I wasn’t the only one and then when you were in the bathroom there

Was this little kid sitting there next to his dad and he’s looking at the he’s like yes we just have to go this way and we loop around and then when we come back around we’ll see the crocodiles and I was this close to saying kid can you

Be my tour guide today because I’m freaking lost like half the day but anyway some of this is a great Zoo yes some of the being lost led to us seeing different things at different points so it was actually pretty cool it worked out really really well um so this was

Not planned we were originally not going to do the San Diego Zoo um but I’m so glad we just spontaneously decided to go because it’s it’s a nice Zoo the only thing is and maybe some of you know who have been here are there no rhinoceroses

Here yeah I don’t think so we didn’t see anything for a rhino exhibit yeah I didn’t see anything now we didn’t see all the animals we got probably about half of the zoo done I think we got more than half no I’m not sure uh we did not

Do the the Skyliner Skyway what’s it called the uh doesn’t even matter left high up on yeah the skyari um you chickened out you didn’t want to do it uh especially when you saw it stopped in there they like yeah you know so the gondolas at Disney they’re enclosed so

You at least have a false sense of security yeah these are totally wide open I think the views would be spectacular but I’m not going to do it without you I’m not going to leave you cuz you get it at one end and then it lets you off at the opposite end so

You’d have to get back on and go back to the other side you know so I don’t know anyway we did the the bus tour yeah that was cool that was nice to just kind of It kind of helped give you a lay of the

Land a little bit yeah yeah yeah um but so many of these paths crisscross go up and down so it’s a little confusing yeah so anyway but we managed it was definitely um definitely worth it she said it would definitely come back about $70 $124 for the two of us was that it

124 it was 124 so that was less then it was like 60 bucks so I don’t know if he gave us like a discount cuz we did joke with him about us being um seniors cuz we are older now yeah he has are you are

And all the money um that you spend throughout the zoo goes to Wildlife Conservation yeah for the zoo and conservation and they’re very conservative here in regards to protecting animals protecting Wildlife protecting you know nature you know the envirment we saw elephants and we saw R A tanks and we saw

Giraffes and we saw got to feed the giraffes I did that was cool I got you um feeding the giraffe but missed me filming um feeding cuz we weren’t able to film it cuz I was too I didn’t wait for you I’m sorry that was my fault that
