* 1 stick unsalted butter
* 1/2 cup whole milk
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* 4 egg yolks
Frosting Ingredients:
* 1.5 to 1.25 cups confectionery sugar
* 1 stick unsalted butter
* 8 ounces marscapone cheese
* Pinch of salt
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 2 tablespoons milk
* 1/2 cup cocoa powder
* Pinch of nutmeg

How To Prepare:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a bowl, combine sifted pastry flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
3. In a separate mixing bowl, cream together the butter and dry ingredients until crumbly.
4. Add milk, vanilla extract, and egg yolks to the mixture. Mix until smooth, avoiding over-mixing.
5. Scoop the batter into cupcake holders using a scooper or spoon.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes, checking at the 15-minute mark. Cupcakes should have a golden color on top.
7.In a mixer, cream together butter, marscapone cheese, and confectionery sugar until creamy.

9. Gradually add cocoa powder while mixing, then slowly add milk until the desired consistency.
10. Once the frosting is creamy, refrigerate it to firm up.
11. Allow cupcakes to cool for 15-20 minutes.
12. Load the chocolate marscapone buttercream into a piping bag or use a Ziploc bag with a corner cut off.
13. Pipe frosting onto cooled cupcakes in a decorative swirl.
14. Optionally, top with shaved milk chocolate and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
15. Enjoy the delightful cupcakes!
