How does it handle multiple pizzas in a row (heat retention)? What is the consumption of a oven like this? And the digital screen has batteries as well? I think that the ARC XL is a better option than the S1 – that'w why I am kinda scared becuse of the price diffrence between those two ovens. Your pizza looks awesome. Keep it up! 🙂
What is that round black grille on the top front of the ARC XL? – Does hot air come out of it like a chimney?
My peel is 12 inch and I never go bigger than. Any reason I’d want the XL? I assume a 12 inch skillet also fits the standard model?
How long do you have to wait for the stone to comeback temperature before you can cook the next pizza?
