Traditional Spanish Potato Omelette | #133



RECIPE:
1. 5~6 potatoes.
2. Boil potatoes for 3~5 minutes.
3. 1 white or yellow onion.
4. 2 cloves of garlic.
5. 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
6. 3 chorizo ​​sausages.
7. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring often.
8. Add 1 teaspoon of paprika.
9. Fry & stir for 1 minute.
10. 6 eggs.
11. 80 ml (1/3 cup) of milk.
12. Black pepper.
13. Add the potatoes and season with salt.
14. Reduce the heat to low.
15. Pour the egg mixture over the potato mixture.
16. Shake the pan gently to spread the mixture evenly.
17. Bake for 8~10 minutes at 200° C / 400° F.
18. Chives (optional).
19. Serve sprinkled with chives and fried chorizo ​​crumbs (optional).
