When people start to smell it and say wow uh this is very original this is very different from other perfumes it’s satisfying welcome to lucia’s world where she as a perfume maker in Italy shaped her Destiny all by herself turning her love for fragrances into a real job

Another obstacle is that I am alone and I have to think about everything alone this is still a big problem some that really uses all my energy and sometimes I have to put aside something that I like to promote the business

So you have to be the R&D you are the marketing you are all so this is another obstacle and I have to get used to it how did she find the way to craft magical fragrances and how are they made

People are very curious to discover if her perfumes are better than those in big stores but she tells them that her perfumes aren’t necessarily better rather they are different from others due to the quality of materials she loves helping customers understand the distinction between natural and synthetic materials

You can use natural raw materials you can use synthetic raw materials all is good in perfumery because we especially the synthetic raw materials makes the perfumer more free to express himself but natural raw material have something more it’s like listening to an orchestra playing a Symphonia

And then the synthetic raw material is one instrument playing the same but the feelings are are very different through words delving into the unique distinction discovering how each ingredient carries an intrinsic story that resonates in every perfume drop

When I graduated in Pharmacy I started working in Pharmacy but then I felt something was too steady for me and it’s a bit of cliche but at some point I read a book uh the book is this the perfume and I discovered again my

Passion for fragrances , for the odor I found this school, a very great School in Europe it’s the ISIPCA school in versailles so I applied for the school and everything that came after is what you see here however Lucia faced a significant challenge in her journey finding people willing to share advice

To start her business in the world of handmade perfumes where secrets are often kept she had difficulty obtaining crucial information on identifying and combining materials I choose glass and something that you can recycle use like a little bag

That you can use after with other stuff when you travel, a service that I offer to clients here around is to reuse the glass so when you finish the bottle you can give it to me and I refill it By using glass bottles and velvet pouches she not only creates unique perfumes

But also aims to reduce waste providing a refined and sustainable experience When a person ask me to to make a fragrance they want to be special we have two hours more or less sometimes we duplicate this this part and we smell together fragrances raw materials

And try to individuate a theme like the main order of this fragance After this I make all samples make three four depends on if I am satisfied if the person is satisfied when I present the samples

Making perfume starts with preparing small containers where ready to use elements are measured then in an extra step Lucia creates a unique formula by adding more elements every drop is carefully measured promising a harmonious mix adding cosmetic denatured alcohol is crucial

Here concentrated Essence is mixed to create an eau de parfum with a 15 to 20% dilution giving the fragrance its Special Touch the filtering stage ensures quality by removing impurities letting the desired scent stand out but the process doesn’t end there after creation Lucia shares her final secret : patience

To have the the final fragrance with the finish we are looking for we need to wait for two months more or less up to I have one fragrance I’m I’m finishing now maybe we have it and it’s one year like wine improving with time every perfume needs time to mature and reach perfection

If I can say to something to myself five years ago when I started is keep calm because you can do it keep calm and don’t go too fast you need to to do step by step

Even if Lucia had to handle everything by herself she found her ownspace in the world her aim is not just to get more people interested but also to show everyone the feelings perfumes can express she wants to talk about the emotions and memories that sense can bring up
