Perfect snack, lunch, dip, finger food, whatever you need it to be.
This was so easy, took no planning or thought, and was made only with ingredients I had on hand. (Perfect for you and your kitchen!) Of course I have seen all of the viral videos on the chopped sandwiches, but I wanted something lighter. I thought a salad would deliver, but the crunch of the cracker was just what I didn’t know I needed.
General recipe idea:
• 4-6 slices each of whatever meats you have around **
• 6 slices of cheese
• 3-4 cups lettuce
• 1 Tomato
• 1/4 cup diced onions
• 1/4 cup mayo (more if it’s too dry for your liking)
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Crackers, like @simplemills Everything Crackers.
– Chop all meats, cheese, and veggies into small chunks.
– In a bowl, mix meat mixture with mayo, vinegar, and seasonings until combined.
– Enjoy as is, or scoop mixture with a solid, crunchy cracker!
**I would highly recommend using salami within your meat choice. It compliments the “Italian sandwich” vibes nicely. ☺️

I appreciate the amount of protein.
I feel like this would be even better with a lot of spice
