Had a "nutritionist" tell me that our family should avoid pasta because it's just empty carbs. I told her that I'm Italian and would rather die young and happy than live without pasta!
😮😮😮Pasta primavera with basil,parsley and mint pesto I like to put a cup of fresh peas lemon juice and zest in it all the great fresh vegetables you can use in a the sauce I like to add an shrimp and scallops and any type of short pasta
Linguini with white clams & sauce, Al dente.
I can't choose from the savoury meals because they're all lovely. But from the desserts, definitely panna cotta and tiramisu.
