What’s written on the label the serving size is listed as a third of a cup but they make a notation there that it’s dry 42 gram then underneath they say about one cup prepared so those of us you in the US uh are familiar with what one cup

Is and that would be a suitable snack for most people so you just have to be careful about how much you consume in a given day especially if you’re on a sodium restricted diet because that one cup prepared is 730 MGR approximately whopping 32% of your recommended daily

Value I’ll show the uh ingredients again pauses need be so yeah comes up on Flavor just uh be cautious on the sodium level and the amount that you’re going to consume in one day because if you ate the whole thing you’d be definitely over your recommended amount of sodium for the day

Um I really wish a lot of these prepared soups like this would be lower in sodium and some of the Lessie pack packages are um one of them that I’m going to review is down around 550 migam so definitely prefer the sodium to be on the lower

Side but really good flavor on the Tusk and white bean so there you have my review because a lot of people can easily eat this whole container the entire amount the 6 oz 170 G that I made in this pot there are a lot of people who can eat this entire

Serving they’re saying you’re going to get four servings per container approximately well you multiply 730 mg * 4 and that’s the number of uh milligrams of sodium you’re getting I give it thumbs up on the flavor really good flavor and texture and all that but man the sodium’s just killer on these

Things uh I would like to see a much lower sodium level on these and I know what everybody’s going to say and what the company would probably say is if we reduce the sodium that much the flavor is going to disappear there’s other herbs and spices in this besides just sodium so

Why not leave it to the individual person to decide to grab the salt shaker and add a little bit instead of automatically including it so fair warning on the sodium level thumbs up on the taste texture and I added the chicken that’s a thumbs up so

I will be eating this entire pot but I certainly won’t be eating it in one day this is going to stretch out over 4 days maybe 5 days and uh that’s because of that high sodium level so there’s my review on the alessie tuskin white bean soup hey thanks for watching
