Horns up and welcome to pizza wars with Thrive so we are walking the streets of juu we’ve come into the bil lanes near Little Italy whose Pizza we are reviewing today now Little Italy has been like around since 1995 they were one of the first sort of fine dine Italian restaurants catering

Only to the pure vegetarians of this city and they have more recently started putting Mexican things on their menu and Sizzlers also but is the Italian still any good I’ve been there a few times before and uh we’re going to move away cuz there a lot of drains and all here

But yeah Little Italy has been around for a while they’re generally known to make good quality Italian food for vegetarians and let’s have a look at their margarita pizza now I’m sure if an Italian saw this they would be rolling in their grave a little bit because this is is uh

This is not the Italian amount of cheese you put on the margarita this is the uh juu vegetarian crowd that eats this kind of cheese but you know what it looks fairly good it’s a thin and crispy base and for some reason on their menu they

Call it wood burn Pizza not wood fire wood burn so you can look there’s a little bit of a few dark spots there like it’s super super thin like super thin it’s got a bit of jiggle jiggle wiggle wiggle like chapati Pizza Vibe very thin very crispy generous amount of cheese sauce

Is quite flavorful definitely a crowd pleaser like I think most Indians don’t really like authentic Italian pizzas because it doesn’t have enough cheese on it pardon the Aeroplane breake yeah so as I was saying I think most Indians don’t like authentic Italian pizza which doesn’t have a lot of cheese on it this

I think fills the Gap in the market for people who want to eat somewhat authentic pizza but not quite I’d say this is a solid 7.8 for me and that’s a review so we’ve got unul from Thrive here with us who have made this series possible anul welcome to the show good

To have you y I’m excited as well hi my name Isa all right folks we’re back again and Chef dels is joining us and he’s made a real sacrifice to be here today because we’ve got a vegetarian pizza for him to tasteful yeah and he’s a meat lover as

You know by now and I’ll put his handle down somewhere in the screen so you can follow him on Instagram and enjoy his meaty post but Chef Dell’s big in here yeah man you can see there’s a lot of cheese on there okay that’s an unusual

Crisp that I wasn’t expecting a snap a snap for a pizza but I like the fact that I can still fold it but it’s decent I would say it’s not like the best I would honestly but yeah first things first I like the fact that there’s some

Olive while on top of it there’s good basil probably not as fresh I as I would have liked it actually the crust is pretty good H um really thin though yeah really thin um you know bomb likes the thin and crispy would have preferred a little more for me on that dough an

Insane amount of cheese um quite happy with the fact that the sauce is not too sweet uh but yeah uh keeping my Indian palette and uh what I usually go for I’m pretty much okay with it as well but all in all a pretty good pizza um taste is pretty good the

Sauce is pretty nice I love the butter on this though I mean like it’s got a nice blend of butter and cheese I think the base sauce could have been a little more but yeah that’s pretty much it the cheese is not too soft salty so that’s

Good too right um all in all a pretty good pizza man I mean uh apart from the uh points for authenticity Etc and all of that and in my limited understanding and expertise I would say this is a good 6 seven probably seven a good seven on

10 yeah 7 and A2 out of 10 so it’s a 7 on 10 all right guys that’s a review of Little Italy’s Pizza I do want to mention that I have eaten here before many many many years ago and I have to say that in all that time the quality of

Their food has not declined as uh he can testify to as well so that’s a wrap on this review we’ll see you on the next one until then cheers and keep eating and you see for Italian Italian piz Italian you don’t put so much cheese you have anything else you want to add

No thanks man love you oh thanks man handle once in oh again have to no a clean after That the world has raed breaking Bo the system

  1. I'm not a fan of thin, crispy crust. I like it soft and doughy, like me 😂…glad it got some decent reviews but not sure it looks too appealing.
