Well hello everyone wh I’m not in position wello everyone the Ontario G you’re back with another episode of myos pizza so we’re we’re doing okay we’re doing okay uh we ended last episode basically just kind of going through the motions right now we have group sizes
Four to six you have four groups with a coffee table the coffee table here is great uh mind you we have two blueprint desks we have this down here for the boards um I have another plate stack and the well the play stack is a good
Idea cuz I was like okay if we get tier three of charming which we can’t get for another two three four four days uh we can eventually try to max out it Max the um whoops I’m out of frame wanted to Ping this max out this one the uh the T
The um theme bonus because that way they can sit at tables before without them being cleaned and that’s always great when you have large groups that’s a lot of plates especially if it continues to increase if we get the group size up car so you ready got
What did we get large groups or medium groups or whatever it was we got no we got medium and large because medium goes from 1 to two to 2 to four and then large goes from 2 to 4 to 4 to six so the only we can get yet is flexible
Dining which can make it go from 3 to 7 which actually isn’t terrible really because we easily can fit seven on here but then there is no uh I can’t go up any higher than that right cuz you can’t get individual d uh there is no like extra large group so
The max we can have is 3 to seven um basically which is which would be fine as well but if we do that we have to get more boards because if everybody wants right we’re going to be using like 24 boards and we have eight boards you know
What I mean so we can’t do that but that’s okay we have a dishwasher going here um what I want to do is where we I want to upgrade even these are 30 coins I want to see I’m debating here about what to buy do we buy another portioner I
Don’t think we need it because ultimately we’re going to end up with all three pizzas we have cheese now we have onion and the other one is the mushroom right so if we get the mushroom pie having one line for each of these would be great but the the idea
Eventually is we need to automate the dough and then we want to automate all the ingredients right now we have this automated even though it’s you know rudimentary we don’t really need like that uh I think what I will also do is because these they’re 30 coins though so
If we upgrade them they’re going to be 30 coins still so I’d rather um upgrade them we want to turn this obviously so I can access this clipboard stand um just because we have a lot of resarch to do and then we have a mixer so we don’t actually want to um upgrade
The mixer because I don’t really want a heated mixer which even though that’s the same speed as a regular mixer um I really don’t want a conveyor mixer like I don’t need that all I need is like this from you know box to Grabber to
Mixer and then they have a line of them here all this will be pushed back one space that’s what I want so we’re not there yet obviously but uh let’s just let’s just do it here CU I can make sure I oh there’s another blueprint cabinet do we need

Crust like hidden somewhere or pushed back or whatever you want to call it we’re not going to be able to get to the flower for the bread so on the desk here I do want to look for flow I also want to look for floor protectors as well really um
If we can get a floor protector I’ll copy the heck out of that uh what else I guess that’s it right not really had prep stations yet once we have more of a line here like an auto like a setup an auto line where basically I would have I don’t know how
I’d have like a safety hob going into a grabber going into this or going into a prep station or something we’re just not there yet we’re not we’re not there yet at all um that’s going to be down line eventually this will be pushed up to

Now um but we don’t have enough Grabbers to do any sort of automation with that anyway um yeah we’re one Grabber so it doesn’t matter so let’s just yeah let’s just wait we’ll get a portion tomorrow then we’ll research it again the next day we’ll get a combiner uh this way

Important like you see we we harvested or we took a portioner from the bread to put here for the pizza cuz for me it’s much better to portion pizza with a with a portioner than to do bread because you’re going to need more pizza then you’re going to need more bread then
You’re going to need bread right so it just makes sense to me for that right having these automated is is the first no-brainer no-brainer the second thing is this and then this would be the third but we’re not there yet because as soon as I put this here tap tap tap tap tap
On come back grab another one tap tap tap tap and then you just go down the line you do this six times and then you’re good enough you’re going to have eight slices or each eight yeah eight slices of each this is a backup well cooked cheese which is kind of
Irrelevant and you know we can still store some down here we can still store this still store this if you really need to um at the end of the day you can even store things on on the combine on on the on here so what you can do is you go tap

Prioritize if you have someone else one person’s just going to stay back here just making pizzas and that’s all they’re going to be doing the other person is going to be either in the dining room or doing like this they’re going to be serving the pizza they’re going to be serving the breadboards
They’re going to be taking care of the dishes that’s basically the way it’s going to work now what I should almost do though is I should almost put um this I just hate like this because you got to go D to do but I can just do
