Gnocchi Perfection (with classic pesto sauce)



All you need is:
– 1kg of potatoes (preferably red, but I didn’t have any)
– 300g of flour (preferably 00)
– 1 egg
– 1/2tsp of salt
Cooking:
Boil and rice potatoes. Add egg and flour. Meet the dough and form gnocchi. Boil in salted water for 1-3 minutes until they all come floating to the surface.
Best results if you freeze them and cook right out of the freezer.
For the sauce I made pesto:
– pine nuts
– basil leaves
– salt
-garlic
– olive oil
