Easy and delicious scallop and white wine  linguine. Fresh scallops seasoned and dried, room temp. Chopped garlic, onion, cherry tomatoes,  green onion and lemon. Linguine in salted water. Quarter cup of butter, sauté garlic, sauté onion, whisk in tablespoon of flour.

Add a half a cup of wine and a half a cup  of milk and simmer. Hydrate and add about a quarter cup of pasta water. Simmer. Mix. Season with salt and pepper. Add your lemon. Melt in a half cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Simmer.

Add your cherry tomatoes and green onions. Like and subscribe for part two when  we combine and cook the scallops.
