i don’t like soup

  1. no hate to soup but <broccoli cheddar pizza

    dough:
    2 tsp active dry yeast
    1 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 cup warm water

    – let proof for 10 min

    2 1/2 cup all purpose flour
    1 tsp salt

    – knead into a soft hydrated dough
    – rest for atleast 2 hrs to overnight covered in a warm place before spreading on a baking tray
    – let proof for 15 more min before spreading completely

    toppings: pizza sauce + broccoli (blanched for 2 min- immediately put in iced water to preserve bright green colour) + sweet corn + cheddar + mozzarella + chilli peppers + olive oil

    bake: 250°C for 11 min in a preheated oven

  2. I personally love adding sun-dried cranberries , tomatoes. The cranberries uk cut through the salty flavours without overpowering the flavours and the sun-dried tomatoes they are a bit tangy . Try adding these to your next pizza !
