How to make the real Italian Pizza dough, homemade recipe explained by the Italian Granny for you!

The pizza crust made at home is always the best!

Ingredients:
500 gr of strong bread flour
250 ml of lukewarm water
2 teaspoons of salt
25 grams of fresh yeast – 10 gr if you use the dry one – but let’s try not to be lazy here!
20 gr of extra-virgin olive oil – good one, not cheap stuff you can buy from Aldi or …(some cheap shop)!

First thing you need to do is to break the fresh yeast in little pieces and melt it in a little bit of the water. [Look at that, doesn’t that look marvelous..small little pieces of…. (beep) ? ]
Then we add oil, salt and keep whisking. if you don’t have the whisk use what the Fuck you want!

Now you have to be careful… you cannot be one of those american that want everything immediately… you have to add the flour slowly Capisci??… add a little bit and mix. It is better if you use a spatula or a wooden spoon now.
Also the water… you add it slowly alternating a little bit of flower and a little bit of water… and mix…

At a certain point the dough is not so sticky anymore and you can knead it with your hands… but wash your hands first… don’t do it after putting your fingers in the nose or in you ass (BEEP).

So you knead for around 10 minutes, until the dough is nice, uniform and elastic.. like my boobs when I was 20.. in Sicily.. with all the boys… ehhh.. let’s talk about the pizza…
At a certain point it doesn’t stick to your fingers anymore and then it‘s ready to raise!

You put it in a bowl with some oil under and over the dough and cover it. And you leave it resting at least 2 hours.

And then it is ready.. you see.. with this amount of dough you can do two pizzas!
